I purchased this app to view Live Results. This function does not exist - after selecting the Live Results feature the following message is generated - "An error has occurred retrieving the meets. Please try again." Have tried the ENTIRE DAY to access ANY meet for ANY time frame. Each time the same error. There is no "Help" feature or support link provided. The USA Swimming FAQ does not provide any information on how to use this feature. Extremely disappointed, will seek a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE for the Live Update feature - it does not work.

App does NOT work with displaying live results. Fraudulent promise as motivation to upgrade. Do not buy!!!!!

I just bought the app but the live result and meet result dont work! Always give me error message and ask to try again! So mad!

I used to love this app for live results especially but now every time I try live results it cant find a single meet! I believe there needs to be an update to fix this problem.

Like another user, I purchased this app so I could use the live results feature. It does not work. It only gives an error message saying that it cannot find any meets. Very disappointing. Do not purchase if this is the feature you are looking for.

I purchased the upgrade to get live results from the meet. Every time I tried to access, I got this week message: "error loading meets. Please try again." It was really annoying and it is still not working. I had someone else try who has the upgraded app and she got the same error. Do yourself a favor and splurge $7 on the meet mobile app. Also, if you have more than one child, you can only link to one membership. You have to set up a login ID for each kid and then "friend" each other. Totally nuts. You should be able as a parent to have one login and list all your kids. The only thing I like is the time search lookup.

The whole reason I bought this app was to see the live results and it doesnt even work. I should have read the other reviews before wasting money on this.

I bought this app for real-time results. I have gotten nothing but error messages since purchasing this app. I want my money back.

What a deceiving app. I purchased it mainly for two reasons: the live results feature and the IMX scores. The IMX scores took two days to load up and Im still waiting on the so claimed "live results" from two days ago. NONSENSE! All they wanted was my money!!

Love the meet results feature but sometimes connection to server seems to be down. Need more up time.

Purchased Plus to get live results but that feature does not work! You must use Actives Meet Mobile & pay a subscription fee to get live results.

Every feature works great for me!!!! It Is great to see where I rank and I love the live meet results!!! Its the best app ever!!

Im struggling with navigating the app but its good for what I need it for. At least for now until I have time to play with it.

Overall, the information and times are useful. However its difficult to move between the sets of times and goals. It would be nice to be able to select a time standard and apply that as a goal rather than memorize it and then back out and then into the goal setting and add it. Also would be nice if the time standards could be applied based on swimmers profile data for age and gender.

I purchased this app so that I could find live results from meets my children are competing in. The app does not load the meets, not does it sort by name or location. What is the point of charging for this app or the Meet Mobile app when neither work consistently? Active needs to get its ACT together. My kids do like the features which allows them to collect badges and see their times. Otherwise, the app is frustrating.

I love this app for seeing ratings and IMX scores. But the profile pictures can only be changed through the USA Swimming website, which took a while for me to figure out. I also enjoy earning patches, but how do you scan a patch when the patch code and scanner are on the same device? Maybe there should be a number code that you could enter rather than a patch scan.
